This Mustang Bass simply exudes cool; exactly what you’d expect from a short scale in Torino red! The Mustang PJ has been THE indie-rock workhorse for as long as indie-anything has been around! Made in Mexico in 2017, this 4-stringed whip sports a straight white pickguard, Hipshot “Lollipop” Tuners, and stock electronics.
Crafted with an Alder body, it sports a C profile maple neck (1.838″-1.870″) with a nice 9.5″ rosewood fingerboard and 1.506 nut width. Naturally for a Mustang the pickups are splitting the best of both worlds: The middle pickup is a Vintage-Style Split Single-Coil Precision bass pickup (10.7k) and in the bridge it has a Vintage-Style Single-Coil Jazz Bass pickup (6.97) giving you all the tone shaping you need!
This sweet lil’ number has been given a full setup by the top shelf luthiers here at EMS ensuring it’s ready for stage or studio. It doesn’t have a case but will be packed nice and securely and ships out the next day.
