The Concept Classics deliver a time-honored, open tonality, reminiscent of calfskin drums, but can still be tuned for a variety of musical contexts. Concept Classic drums feature all-maple shells and maple-plied counterhoops.
The hoops are secured with retro-inspired, recessed, stamped claw hooks, adding to the classic appeal. And, just like our other Concept Series drums, the Concept Classics are built with DW’s True Pitch tension rods, PDP’s dual-turret lugs, and world-renowned Remo drum heads.
